Walnuts Sauce

Ingredients for about 8 serving:

4 oz of Shelled Walnuts

1/2 Cup of whole milk 🥛

150 gr of Ricotta

0.5 oz of White 🍞 Bread

Salt to taste

A pinch 🤏 of Parmesan Cheese

One spoon 🥄 of Olive Oil


Put all ingredients in a food processor then add the milk and bread (it only needs to soak for a few seconds).

Start the mixing until thick but smooth. If the sauce is too thick then add a little more 🥛 milk.

The best combo is to use it the Walnuta sauce with a filled pasta such as the Pansoti or Ravioli with stuffed spinach and ricotta. Otherwis, you can use Linguine pasta or either Fusilli.
