Two-colored cocoa cake

200 g of flour 0 150 g of butter 190 g of sugar 50 g of cocoa 3 eggs Grated peel of an organic lemon 1 baking powder


First, cream the soft butter with the sugar, then gradually combine the three whole eggs, pouring them one at a time with a little interval.   Add the sifted flour, the lemon peel and mix well for five minutes.

Finally add the yeast.

Divide the dough into two parts and in one add the bitter cocoa dissolved in a little warm milk, make sure that it remains rather thick.

Finally, grease a 20-22 cm round pan and alternate a little white and a little black dough forming concentric circles.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Cool the cake well.
