Steamed prawns with zucchine cream

400 gr of Prawns

300 gr of Zucchine



Olive oil

Vegetable broth


Shell the prawns and remove the black thread. Stew the zucchini after cutting it into slices, cook them on a very low heat together with the oil and vegetable broth until it becomes soft; reduce them in cream with an electric whisk.

In the meantime, steam the prawns for 4 minutes; serve by placing the cream on the side or at the bottom of the serving dish, lay the prawns.
