Mixed Nigiri

100 g Fresh Salmon

100 gr Fresh Prawn

100 gr Fresh Sea bream fillets

2 tablespoons wasabi

300 gr Rice for Sushi

First of all you will have to prepare the rice: we have used 300 gr of rice, specific for sushi, with round and small grains, which will double its weight when cooked, and will serve for about 4-6 people. Place the rice in a bowl and wash it under cold running water: do at least 5-6 rinses, moving the rice with your hands, until the water becomes clear.

Leave the rice to soak for 15 minutes, then drain it and let it rest for another 15 minutes in a colander.

After this time, put the rice in a pot that is not too large and cover it flush with the water, which must completely cover it. Boiled the rice to the right time and keep it aside.

Transfer a rice to a bowl (wooden, if possible) once cooled to room temperature, which is the right temperature for use, (the rice must be translucent), cover it with a clean cloth well moistened with cold water and let it sit for a few minutes.

When it is not picked up for use, always leave the rice covered with a damp cloth to avoid quick drying of the product.

Calculate about 100 grams of fish per head to be used in the various preparations.

Whenever you take cooked rice, remember to wet your hands in a bowl of water with one-two tablespoons of rice vinegar. This is because cooked rice is very sticky and tends to stick.

Now you are ready to prepare your favorite Sashimi.

Place the Fresh Salmon, Prawn and Sea bream fillets slices on the rice.

Garnish with your the ginger or soy sauce as you wish!
