Marinated and grilled squids

Ingredients:


4 medium-sized squids

1 lemon

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt

Pepper




Preparation:


First we have to wash, clean and try to remove the skin from the squid.


At this point we slice them lengthwise, keeping the tentacles aside. I cut the smooth part in the shape of a "grid", with perpendicular incisions, so that it did not curl so much in cooking.


We prepare an oil emulsion, 2 tablespoons, 1 squeezed lemon, salt and pepper and let the squid marinate for at least 1/2 hour.


We heat a cast iron grill or plate, grill the fish for a few minutes.


Serve very hot with a drizzle of raw oil.
