Fusilli al tocco

Difficulty: Low Preparation: 20 min Cooking: 15 min Portion : 4 people


Fusilli 350 gr

Walnuts about 8 (pilled)

Basil 20 leaves

Parmesan cheese 30 gr

Greek Yogurt 150 gr

Salt a pinch

Olive oil 10 gr


Boil the pasta into water, peeled the walnuts, if not already peeled.

Then out them in the mixer glass (leaving some aside for the decoration of the dishes) together with 1/2 glass of olive oil, salt, basil.

Drain the pasta, put aside some cooking water.

In a bowl out the walnut pesto and the Greek yogurt and mix them together, slowly softening the consistency of the mixture with the pasta cooking water.

Then drain the pasta and put it seasoned in the bowl with the mixture thus obtained.

Put the pasta on the plates, decorating with some chopped walnut kernels and a leave of Basil.
