Flamed scampi with cognac butter and parsley

Ingredients:


20 Scampi/Prawns

1/2 Glass of Cognac

Nut of Butter

Parsley

Salt

Pepper

Clove of garlic




Preparation:

Wash the prawns under running water and dry them gently with kitchen paper.

In a pan, heat the butter together with the garlic, add the prawns and cook them.


Pour in the cognac, flame and let the alcohol evaporate for about 5 minutes.


Season with salt, pepper and season with the chopped fresh parsley.
