Dark chocolate cake with warm ❤️

Ingredients :

FOR 4 CAKES OF 8 CM DIAMETER


Dark chocolate 150 g

Butter 80 g

00 flour 20 g

Bitter cocoa powder 10 g

Medium eggs 2

Yolks 1

Icing sugar 90 g

Vanilla bean 1

Preparation:


To make the dark heart chocolate cake, first cut the chocolate coarsely with a knife, then pour it into a bain-marie dish, or place the basterdella on a pan filled with water.

Mix with a marisa to favor the melting and when the chocolate has melted also add the butter, stir until it is completely mixed. Once ready, turn off the heat and set aside with the melted chocolate, perhaps placing it on a clean tea towel. Meanwhile, in a bowl pour the eggs and the yolk, add also the icing sugar and the seeds of the vanilla bean, work the mixture with the electric whisk until it is light and frothy, at that point pour the melted chocolate inside and continue mixing with the whisk to mix the mixture completely. At this point add the powders to the egg mixture: sift the flour and the cocoa powder then mix with a spatula to incorporate the ingredients.

The dough is ready, take aluminum molds with a diameter of 8 cm with a 4 cm high edge, butter the bottom and the edge and then sprinkle with brown sugar (alternatively you can use cocoa powder or sugar to veil). Pour the dough by filling 2/3 the molds for 2/3, then bake the patties in a preheated static oven at 180 ° for 13-15 minutes. Once cooked, take out of the oven your patties immediately. Turn them upside down on a serving plate while still being hot, taking care not to burn yourself, complete by sprinkling the dark chocolate cake with icing sugar and serve immediately.
