Brownie Balls with coconut flakes

Portion: 15 Brownie Balls


90 g of Oatmeal 100 g of Almond Butter 60 g of Cocoa 90 g of drops of dark chocolate 100 ml of Rice Malt 2 tablespoons of Flour

25 gr of Coconut Flakes


In a bowl add the almond butter with the rice malt and start mixing the ingredients for obtain a homogeneous compound. Add the oats, cocoa and flour, stirring with a spoon until it forms a dough dense and homogeneous. (If the dough is too thick, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of milk).

At this point, incorporate the chocolate drops and distribute them evenly.

Then, with the help of hands shape the balls of the size you prefer, cover the surface with coconut flakes and let it rest in fridge for at least 30 minutes, so that they become compact. If you want, you can replace almond butter with peanut butter.

After the necessary time, they are ready for be served.


You can keep them in the fridge for 7-8 days.
