Anchovy and potatoes quiche with fry anchovies

Anchovies fresh 500 gr Potatoes 500 gr Egg 1 Garlic slices 1 Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Butter 1 walnut to taste Breadcrumb


Clean and spin the anchovies.

Boil the potatoes with all the peel and, once cooked, pass them to the potato masher to obtain a puree.

Season the mashed potatoes with the minced garlic clove and parsley; season with salt and pepper. Add the egg and mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Use a single-portion aluminum molds, butter them and pass the breadcrumbs.

Line the molds with the anchovies making sure that the tails come out of the molds.

Spread a spoonful of the mixture in each mold and fold the tails towards the center of the mold.

Sprinkle the surface with other breadcrumbs and season with a drizzle of oil.

Bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes until the patties are cooked.

Serve hot quiche on the late accompanied by a fry anchovies seasoned with salt.
